COVID-19 UPDATES

As mandated by the CDC and the Philadelphia Department of Health, we we will be re-opening for business on Monday, June 29th 2020.

Please read the important CDC-issued guidelines we will be following and enforcing while back to work:

We will be working at half-capacity with only 3-4 stylists and 3-4 clients (plus our desk assistant) inside the salon at one time. 

To accommodate these changes, our new business hours are as follows:

 

Monday : OPEN 12pm-6pm

Tuesday-Saturday : OPEN 9am-9pm

Sunday : CLOSED

As we continue to monitor COVID-19 and our new scheduling changes, we will only be booking out ~2 weeks in advance at a time

All new appointments will be scheduled as normal via phone-call only (please do not walk into the salon to schedule)

 

As per CDC guidelines, masks are REQUIRED to enter the salon & must stay on for the duration of your appointment

 

Your stylist will also be wearing proper PPE, including but not limited to: masks, gloves, sanitize-able or disposable aprons, and facial shields

 

Our waiting lobby will not be in use & guests will not be permitted inside the salon- NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Upon your arrival, please check in for your appointment with our desk assistant. We will take your temperature and ask you a series of questions regarding your health or if you have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days

 

You will then be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside until we contact you that your stylist is ready for your appointment. 

 

Depending on temperature and health, we reserve the right to turn away any client.

 

Between each appointment will be a mandatory equipment & sanitation disinfectant buffer time. 

Due to these restrictions, it is extremely important to show up on time for your appointment. 

 

We ask you to please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

 

For the time being, we must be stricter about our lateness policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we will have to reschedule for another day.

 

All haircut prices will be raised $5 and all credit card charges will have an additional $1 fee to help cover the cost of PPE and credit services.

The $5 increase is currently reflected in our services pricing page on this website.

 

For the time being, we will not be performing facial waxing or beard trims. Thank you for understanding.

 

In the event that a stylist, assistant, or client contracts COVID-19, we will close for 14 days to sanitize, isolate, and eliminate the risk of spread.
