Talking Headz requires a $50 deposit when booking a color appointment.
This deposit is credited towards your total the day of your appointment.
The deposit is only forfeited in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation.
Due to the high volume of last-minute cancellations in recent months, we have changed our cancellation policy: $50 deposits will be required for all color appointments regardless if you are a first-time color client or not, and our cancellation notice policy has changed from 24 hours to 48 hours.
We understand that emergencies happen and always do our best to accommodate our clients, but outside of emergencies, if a reschedule or cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
We truly hope we are not inconveniencing or upsetting our beloved and loyal clients: we adore our jobs and take what we do extremely seriously.
In the hairdressing industry, we are not paid a salaried wage- we work completely on commission. In the event of a last-minute color cancellation, it's extremely difficult to re-book that time slot with minimal notice.
We want to spend our time at the salon with you guys our clients!
Adequate notice for color cancellations allows us to be able to accommodate more clients booking for cuts or color services.
